One Hour

cyclocross races do nothing for you if you are gonna go on long rides. Today was the first 2+ hour ride i have done for the new training season. Got home, ate, showered and passed the fuck out. Could be a combination of cold, rain and pace but damn. Out son, out! Working on getting the Pinarello back together for a training bike so i can clean and put the raliegh away. The crawl tonight should be interesting to say the least.
